Access to certain programs may require payment of a course or event fee ("Service Fee"). All fees are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before accessing the Service. A refund may be issued only as per the policies detailed below.
Refund requests must be raised within five (5) days of payment. Requests made after this period—regardless of reason or circumstances—are not eligible for monetary refund.
If the User has attended even one session/day or accessed any part of the program, they are deemed to have consumed the service and are not eligible for a full refund. Any approved refund will:
For multi-module programs (e.g., Quantum Leap), Success Gyan may apply session-based or module-based pricing for consumed components. All such deductions are final.
If a User accidentally books twice for the same program, Success Gyan may:

Approval is discretionary. For offline programs, the User must have informed the crew present in the event along with writing an email to info@successgyan.com. Attendance logs will determine eligibility for rescheduling.
Success Gyan may modify program structure, content, scheduling, speakers or delivery format based on operational requirements. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.
"User Content" includes all materials or information you provide to Success Gyan during your use of the Services. You are solely responsible for your submissions and must ensure they do not:

Users with any existing psychological, psychiatric or mental health conditions must consult a licensed medical or mental health professional prior to enrolling or participating. Participation is undertaken entirely at the User's discretion and Success Gyan does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Success Gyan shall not be liable for any physical, psychological or emotional impact arising from participation without appropriate medical clearance.
